How applications work
Applying to The Betty Ross Trust is straightforward. Before you begin, check that the request fits the Trust’s aims and gather the information needed to support the application.

Check that the request is suitable
The Trust supports people aged 60 and over in Perthshire who need help because of age, ill health, disability or another disadvantage. Applications can also be made by organisations supporting older people locally.

Gather your information
Explain what support is required, how it will help and how much it is expected to cost. Quotations and other supporting documents may be required.

Apply online
Complete the application through the Trust’s online portal and upload the requested documents. PKAVS Carers Centre can help anyone who has difficulty completing the form.

The trustees consider the application
Each request is considered individually and must fit the charitable aims of the Trust. Grants are not guaranteed, and the maximum award is £5,000.
